When We Are Closed
Please call our usual surgery numbers and you will be given advice how to contact our Out of Hours Service which is provided by NHS Leeds or directed to redial the NHS non emergency number 111.
You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency
Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
We are closed one Thursday a month from 12pm for training
If you have an urgent medical problem while we are closed, please telephone the usual surgery number 0113 295 3780 and you will hear a message which will give you the option of phoning NHS Direct or the out of hours service – Local Care Direct.
You may speak to a duty doctor for advice or they may require you to attend at an out of hours surgery for a face to face appointment. If you are unable to travel, the doctor may visit you.The out of hours service is the responsibility of Leeds North Clinical commissioning group.
We shall be closed on the following dates from 12pm; however the surgery will reopen at 5.30pm for our late night surgery
